The Go back to grade school and remember the real Fights of the Century the all include "The Italian Stallion Rocky Balboa."
Tyson v.s. Rocky
Ali v.s. Rocky
The Ultimate Warrior v.s. Rocky
and yes Rambo v.s. Rocky
The one I drooled about in the 4th grade was the undefeated Mexican legend fighting the man who single handedly stopped the cold war.
It has the making of a "Fight of the Century" Mexico v.s. U.S.A.
This is how I imagine the fight would go.
Rocky Balboa Julio Cesar Chavez
5'11 Height 5'7 1/2
198 lbs Weight 205
74" Reach 67"
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Hometown Culiacan, Sinaloa
Strengths
Made of Iron Left Hook
Overhand Right Granite Jaw
Heart Heart
This fight would be a mismatch. Chavez would try to carve a whole on the right side of Balboa's body with liver hooks because Balboa never ever showed any sign of defending. Balboa would weight close to 190 lbs fight night and be more active in the ring similar to when he fought Clubber Lang.
Sadly, Chavez would be no match for the Italian Stallion his hooks would hurt and slow down Balboa, but the much stronger Balboa would keep coming forward and destroy the Mexican legends face. Chavez never fought an opponent with the heart of Balboa or an opponent made of Iron .
Valiant effort by Chavez fighting a heavyweight but I doubt he would make it passed the 5th round.
Fourth grade me would be so pissed.
